La clé des combats de rue est une totale liberté de mouvement et de pensée. Ne soyez pas lié par des règles et des idées préconçues. Vos seules limites devraient être morales.
Dans ce séminaire de 2 jours, étudiez avec Vladimir quelles sont vos options et possibilités. Maximisez le potentiel de votre corps dans une approche dynamique.
Apprenez à travailler sur le terrain et dans des confrontations debout, à mains nues ou armées, avec un ou plusieurs adversaires. Transition des grands mouvements au travail court, et des mouvements physiques aux mouvements internes.
Utilisez la respiration, la relaxation, la puissance et la stratégie pour le contrôle dans un combat de rue.

The key to street fights is complete freedom of movement and thinking. Do not be bound by rules and preconceptions. Your only limitations should be moral ones.
In this 2-day seminar, study with Vladimir what your options and possibilities are. Maximize the potential of your body in a dynamic setting.
Learn to work on the ground and in stand-up confrontations, while unarmed or armed, single and multiple opponents. Transition from big movements to short work, and from physical to internal movements.
Use breath, relaxation, power, and strategy for control in a street fight.
